However, we expect this discounted block to be filled MUCH-EARLIER considering very desirable touristy SPRING season with Cherry Blossom trees and so we encourage the participants to book their hotel reservation at their earliest.
We strongly encourage you to stay at our conference hotel. Even if you get a somewhat cheaper room elsewhere, consider the advantages of staying at the conference hotel; no taxi, less time to commute in a very congested area, more convenience, more networking time etc.
