Thank you so much for the wonderful course! It was a breath of fresh air for me! I enjoyed every minute I attended. A lot of what you presented was familiar and a good refresher. I also learned better ways to perform experiments. (1) One is to run TGA in air to 550C and hold for 30min to preserve filler particle composition and morphology. Also, (2) cross-sectioning pellets if raw material contamination is suspected, (3) performing optical microscopy on thin slices to examine crystal morphology, (4) how to tell if there is a nucleating agent present, (5) control of trace moisture in condensation polymers prior to melt processing, etc.
